De cara a los clasificatorios para Challenger y la fase final de las R6 Spain Nationals, en Vodafone Giants estamos buscando un Entrenador Jefe para nuestra sección de Rainbow Six: Siege. Como entrenador jefe, trabajarás directamente con la Dirección Deportiva del club y los jugadores para lograr los objetivos marcados en la temporada.

Requisitos
- 18+ años.
- Idioma: Castellano obligatorio e Inglés (opcional).
- Alto conocimiento competitivo de Rainbow Six: Siege.
- Dotes de liderazgo.
- Disponibilidad diaria.
- Experiencia previa en equipos competitivos de Rainbow Six: Siege
- Excelentes habilidades comunicativas.
Responsabilidades y tareas
- Planificación y organización del calendario del equipo.
- Ayuda en el aspecto estratégico.
- Trabajar la comunicación.
- Toma de decisiones referentes al equipo.
- Inscripciones en competiciones y principal contacto de la organización con las ligas.
- Representar a Vodafone Giants.

With the qualifiers for Challenger and the finals of the R6 Spain Nationals right around the corner, we are looking to hire a new Head Coach for our Rainbow Six: Siege team. As a head coach, you will work directly with our Esports Management and the players to reach our goals.

Requirements
- 18+ years old.
- Fluency in Spanish. English knowledge beneficial, but not mandatory.
- High level of competitive Rainbow Six: Siege knowledge.
- Good leadership skills.
- Daily availability.
- Previous experience coaching in a team environment and preferably in Rainbow Six: Siege.
- Excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities and tasks
- Planning and organization of the team’s calendar.
- Help the players with the strategy aspect of the game.
- Work with the players to improve different aspects of communication within the team.
- Responsability of decisions concerning the team.
- Main contact from the organization with the leagues and competitions.
- Represent Vodafone Giants.
